SecuriCare is Certified to deliver training that meets the requirements of the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Standards 2020/26. This initial course is aimed at staff supporting and caring for Adults and young people who may present behaviors of distress or concern. The aim of the course is to reduce the use of restrictive interventions by focusing on the primary and preventative strategies that help manage the functions and causes of distressed behaviours. The training is designed and developed to meet individual service provision and person-centred. This training programme is available as a classroom based training session with online support pre and post training. (2-5 days duration)
