Clinical Holding
SecuriCare provide training in Clinical Holding. This programme has been developed in corroboration with NHS Trusts. Clinical Holding is a proactive way of holding a person so that medical procedures can be carried out, for example; holding a person's arm whilst blood is taken to prevent a reflex withdrawal with the consequence of un-necessary pain or harm to the patient.
All physical intervention skills are fully risk assessed and a library of your chosen skill set is available online to access all year round. This invaluable resource supports care planning, provides clarity for external audit as well as supporting staff and management within organisations.
To discuss your training needs and requirements, please contact us and one of our experienced Training Development Managers will help you arrive at the right training solution for you.
