Is your training programme nationally approved/accredited?
Depending on your location and the sector the training is designed for, there may or may not be a need for national approval or accreditation. For example, in the UK training for people working in the care sector may require training that is accredited/certified as Restrain Reduction Network Standards compliant. What SecuriCare offer are programmes developed and designed to meet your unique needs and any specific requirements for approval or accreditation. Once we have established the skills/qualifications your staff require we will ensure any solution fully meets your training needs. Courses are delivered by our team of qualified trainers (Level 3+), all of whom have a wealth of knowledge and front-line operational and sector experience.
Do you offer ‘Train the Trainer’ options?
SecuriCare offer a variety of accredited and bespoke ‘Train the Trainer’ options. We consult with you to ensure any course is sector and organisation specific. Train the Trainer options can be configured to cover a variety of key topics: Delivering Education & Training, Conflict Management, Preventing and Managing Challenging & Hazardous Behaviour, Disengagement (Breakaway) Skills, Physical Intervention Skills or any combination of these core topics. In addition to the initial training SecuriCare offer options to regularly re-accredit your trainers and participate in a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme. SecuriCare also offer a certification support service for SecuriCare Licensed Trainers.
