Paul Richter is an experienced professional with a diverse and extensive career in sports coaching, management, and education. With a strong foundation in football, he began his career working with the Football Association (FA) in the UK, where he honed his coaching skills and developed a deep understanding of the sport's dynamics. His expertise further expanded when he transitioned to Major League Soccer (MLS) in the United States, where he contributed to the growth and development of the sport in the U.S. and built valuable cross-cultural experience.

After his time in football, Paul ventured into managing several sports and leisure centers, where he applied his leadership and operational skills to improve the overall experience for athletes, members, and communities. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to own and operate sports centers, catering businesses, and logistics companies, assuming directorial roles in various organizations. These experiences allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of managing diverse business ventures while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Later in his career, Paul shifted his focus to education, specifically in Special Education Needs (SEN) for over 12 years. Paul dedicated his efforts to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with special needs, both in Teaching, Management and Liaison. His work in education reflects his passion for supporting students, families and educational trusts fostering an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Throughout his career, Paul has cultivated a wealth of knowledge across a wide array of sectors, and his journey reflects a commitment to continual personal growth and making a lasting impact in every field he has worked in. Paul has worked with Securicare for over 10 years, recently becoming a franchise owner and plans to expand his franchise business into different sectors including Transport & Logistics, Health & Social Care, Lone Person Working, Aviation and Global Events.
