I have taken part in conflict management courses previously and todays was by far the most beneficial. All the operatives were engaged from start to finish and I have no doubt they have all taken away some practical tools that they can apply to not only work, but everyday life. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day that has delivered some real value to help keep all of us safe! On a side note, I have a 9 year old daughter and may have to demonstrate the techniques we were shown to defend against hair pulls 👍 Alex also mentioned about access to a portal for learning material, some of the guys mentioned it would be good to have some frequent reminders of the techniques they were shown today to make sure they were kept fresh in their minds.
