The Versatile Integrated Passenger Restraint (VIP-R) System

The SecuriCare Versatile Integrated Passenger Restraint (VIP-R) System has been designed to facilitate the restraint of a disruptive or violent passenger to any commercial airline seat. The introduction of seats with enclosed bases e.g. pods/suites, creates difficulties when restraining a passenger to these seats. Relocation of a disruptive or violent passenger to a standard seat can be a difficult task. The SecuriCare VIP-R was introduced to allow for the restraint of a passenger to any seat configuration. Its simple design and application makes it easy for crew to remember how to use in high stress situations. It is available with Rigid Metal Handcuffs, plasti-cuffs or soft restraints. All our airline restraint systems are supplied with a Certificate of Conformity.
