With over 30 years of experience in Health and Social Care, Steven Davis is a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Nurse, currently advancing his expertise through an MSc in Mental Health Nursing. Specialising in the assessment and diagnosis of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within NHS CAMHS, Steven is deeply committed to improving care pathways and outcomes for neurodivergent individuals.

Steven’s career is defined by his commitment to excellence across four core domains: Education, Leadership, Research, and Advanced Clinical Practice. As a Fellow of the Society of Education and Training, the Institute of Leadership, and a certified trainer and assessor with the Institute for Conflict Management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to multidisciplinary teams. His strategic approach to healthcare delivery focuses on implementing innovative initiatives and optimising service efficiency.

In his current role with SecuriCare, Steven is instrumental in designing engaging training programmes and conducting comprehensive assessments. His work within NHS CAMHS underscores his proficiency in providing evidence-based ADHD and ASD assessments, offering tailored interventions and treatment plans to support individuals and families effectively.

Steven’s academic achievements include an MSc in Mental Health Nursing, a BSc in Nursing, an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability, and credentials as a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) and QTLS Registered Teacher, positioning him at the forefront of mental health care innovation. His passion for Special Educational Needs (SEN) and neurodiversity drives his compassionate, person-centred approach, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals with complex needs.

Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse (Trainer)

Melanie Kennett ([email protected]) is a Level 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse with 10 years of experience in nursing and a passion for the management of emotional dysregulation within the older population and end-of-life care. Melanie brings a wealth of experience and dedication to improving patient outcomes in these specialised areas. Her commitment to excellence and compassionate care ensures that individuals receive the support they need during critical stages of life.

Melanie is now bringing her skills and knowledge to our group to help deliver high-energy and impactful training, equipping professionals with the tools they need to manage emotional dysregulation effectively. Her expertise enhances our training programmes, ensuring they remain relevant, engaging, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.

 

Tianny Brown
Assistant Psychologist

Tianny Brown has successfully completed both her BSc and MSc degrees and is currently working as an Assistant Psychologist. With a strong foundation in psychological principles and therapeutic approaches, Tianny is dedicated to enhancing service user experiences and providing first-class customer service. Her role within our team focuses on supporting individuals through evidence-based interventions and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Social Group Coordinator

Tom White brings a wealth of experience to our team with a background in front-of-house customer service and previous service in the Army. His exceptional interpersonal skills, discipline, and ability to adapt to dynamic environments make him a key asset in managing social engagement initiatives. Tom’s dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment ensures that individuals feel valued and heard within our programmes.

His unique combination of customer service expertise and military experience enables him to effectively support and engage with individuals from all walks of life, enhancing their social experience and overall well-being.
