Person Centred Behavioural Support Plans (Consultancy)

SecuriCare specialise in assisting families and their extended support team to develop individual, person centred positive behavioural support plans. These support plans include identifying the slow and fast triggers to behaviour and strategies to remove or reduce these triggers. We will provide primary and secondary interventions to positively respond to and manage the individual's behaviour cycle. This ongoing process is revised and updated to maintain positive behavioural support.
