Train The Trainers
SecuriCare offer several train the trainer options; for individuals wishing to become conflict management trainers, and for organisations wishing to train their own in-house training team. We have trained over 1000 trainers to deliver training programmes in all sectors and to a wide variety of organisations.
There are many benefits to this training:

On completion of a programme trainers will have achieved:
- The knowledge and understanding of the principles and application of conflict management
- An understanding of the appropriate standards of conduct and behaviour
- Be competent to facilitate scenario based learning in conflict management, including:
- Designing and using scenarios
- Planning, creating and managing a safe environment for scenario training
- Planning and managing individual and group learning and development
- Facilitating the involvement and inclusion of all participants
- Observation, assessment and debriefing skills
SecuriCare are able to offer accredited train the trainer programmes including external certification and learning support.
Learning Support
SecuriCare have a range of workbooks, DVDs, videos and other products available to trainers to support their training programmes. SecuriCare Registered Trainers also benefit from automatic membership to the Institute of Conflict Management.
