WHO IS THE COURSE DESIGNED FOR? 

Staff who intend  to operate as ‘Security Guards’, or ‘Door Supervisors’

The Private Security Act 2001 makes it a legal requirement for those working in the private security sector to undertake a mandatory training programme before applying for their Security Industry Authority (SIA) license.

(Failure to do so by can expose employees and employers alike to fines of up to £5000.00 and even a 6 month prison sentence).

COURSE AIMS

This course complies and meets all the objectives laid down by the Security Industry Authority.  By the end of the session learners will have covered the following areas: ‘Roles & Responsibilities’ and ‘Conflict Management’.

DELIVERY/ASSESSMENT
