  1. Preventing and Managing Disruptive Passenger Behaviour

Securicare's Preventing & Managing Disruptive Passenger Behaviour Training Programme has been developed over 20 years by working closely with airlines and their safety training teams. Air crews and check-in staff deal with many thousands of people with high expectations week in and week out. Occasionally, as a result of situation and circumstance, some people will engage in disruptive behaviours. This course provides the underpinning knowledge required to prevent incidents developing as well as responding to situations that do occur in a positive, proactive and professional manner.

  2. SecuriCare Disruptive Passenger Restraint System

The Securicare Disruptive Passenger Restraint System is designed to safely restrain a violent passenger in a seat in a normally seated position allowing onward travel to the intended destination or to divert. The ASR608 Disruptive Passenger Restrain kit forms part of an overall approach to passenger restraint and is designed for use in the unique environment of an aircraft. This system and the ASR608 have been used on many occasions in real life restraints and have provided crew with the necessary training and equipment to manage extremely difficult situations successfully.
