My team came back full of praise for securicare. They came back and said they had learnt lot and felt more confident with providing support for some of our service users who have historically presented with behaviours that challenge on occasion. Confidence and knowledge are so much more valuable than fear and guesswork, which can sometimes be what drives the actions of staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending Securicare. They get it.

I really appreciated a trainer that could connect with the group. By making us feel welcome and comfortable the whole day was more relaxed and more productive. We definitely had discussions that allowed us to explore sometimes difficult and complex topics through the prism of lived experiences. I thoroughly recommend Securicare.

The course i recently attended is the first one that made me think about how I interact with service users. It wasn't about ticking boxes it was about the positive difference we can make to the lives of the people we support. Really excellent course.

I very much like the way SecuriCare deliver training. Their facilitators are very knowledgeable, but also very friendly and approachable. What I liked best however is that they focused the session on our services unique needs and I definitely felt like i left with new knowledge and new skills that I will be able to use to improve the quality of the support I provide.
