The Institute of Conflict Management has implemented a process for the cataloguing of physical responses & intervention skills. This will, when complete, form the first truly independent National Register of these skills available in the UK. This added to the recently approved National Occupational Standards puts the ICM at the forefront of research in this area of operation.
