Shipping & Delivery
Any time or date quoted by SecuriCare for delivery of goods or materials is given and intended as an estimate only. Whilst every endeavour will be made to meet an estimated time of delivery, the Company shall not be liable to make any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery. The Company reserves the right to deliver by instalments against any order. Non-delivery must be reported immediately in writing to the Company and, where applicable, to the carriers within 2 days of the date of despatch. Where the Company tender delivery in accordance with the contract and the Customer either refuses to accept delivery at that time or subsequently returns the goods without good cause, the Customer shall be deemed to be in breach of the contract and the Company shall be entitled to treat the order or any relevant part if it as cancelled by the Customer (without any prejudice to any other rights the Company may have). When delivery is delayed for reasons attributed to the Customer or his agent’s storage other additional costs may be charged to the Customer and the goods will be at the Customer’s risk from commencement of such delay. The Company reserve the right to invoice the goods at the original delivery date.
Securicare uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet. Recent surveys have shown that there is less fraud on the Internet than in real life situations (such as using your credit card in a department store or at a restaurant), and we're confident that we are offering the secure service you can expect from Securicare. Our security certificate is issued by Worldpay and we use High Grade Encryption 256bit - US industry standard security software. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the unlikely event that it is intercepted by someone else.
Securicare recognises the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information. All information you give to Securicare is stored securely, and is not accessible to other users.
Rest assured that any information you give to ecuricare will not be distributed to any other company outside of the Securicare Group or its affiliated partners.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will e-mail you to keep you up to date with your orders. We will not send you marketing emails unless you have given us your consent. We will also give you the opportunity to unsubscribe on all marketing emails and you may unsubscribe yourself on your online profile at any time.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number & email address.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
We will endeavour to keep the information we hold accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
Cookies are small pieces of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which allows the server to uniquely identify the browser on each page. Securicare use 'session cookies' which are automatically deleted from your computer when you close your browser. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to place an order on our website.

Returns & Replacements
If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us for an exchange or refund before returning the item. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. They must be returned in original and re-saleable condition.
Orders will be deemed to have been placed when an email confirmation has been received from a responsible executive of the client company.
For email invitations, online fulfilment projects and direct marketing files it is a requirement of SecuriCare, that the email piece, online form or mail piece shall be approved by the company before an order can be confirmed and any data despatched.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
Orders are viewable through the confirmation email.
