Joanne worked for eight years for several UK based airlines working her way up to a senior position.

Looking for another challenge, that gave her opportunity to work with people with special needs, Joanne went to work as a deputy service manager in a residential home working with clients with challenging behaviours.

As part of a natural progression Joanne became part of the Securicare training team in 2005, where she delivers training for the management of work related violence to a wide range of organisations.  She also became one of SecuriCare’s specialist First Aid trainers and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field.
