Lee started in the retail sector before moving to the licensed trade.  In this sector he operated at a variety of pubs, clubs, bars and leisure complexes.

A qualified risk manager, he now uses his frontline experience to help make sure all SecuriCare risk assessment based products and services are flexible and robust enough to be ‘fit for purpose’.
