Training Manager

Lee enjoyed a career in the Private Custodial Services and was awarded an individual award for professionalism in the wake of an incident in 2001.  He turned his talents to Conflict Management Training, using his experience to raise professional standards.

He joined SecuriCare in 2002, attaining a diploma in Stress Management in 2004. He is currently involved in developing and presenting bespoke training for the management of workplace stress.
