Training Manager

Lee joined Securicare in 2002 following a career in the Private Custodial Services where he was awarded an individual award for professionalism in the wake of an incident in 2001.  He turned his talents to Conflict Management Training, using his experience to enhance professional training standards within Securicare.

Lee is a Qualified Trainer (QTLS) and attained a diploma in Stress Management in 2004.  Lee also delivers stress management training as part of his portfolio.

Lee has recently attended an ICM Panel and was awarded the ICM Physical Skills Tutor Award.
