Trainer

Jon is an experienced Human Resources and People Development Manager with over 16 years experience in the Contact Centre Outsourcing, Transport and Logistics, and Utilities Sectors. Jon has trained to Level B of the British Psychological Society and is a qualified trainer.

Key areas of knowledge and expertise are: General Human Resources Management; Leadership & Management Development.  Jon has recently re-joined the Securicare Team (following a earlier spell has a SecuriCare Trainer) with a view to utilising his skills and experience across the business.  Based in Cornwall Jon will be our West Country representative as well as assisting us meet our needs with our National Contracts.
