Training Manager

After a career in the Armed Services that took him around the world, Shaun moved into the the private security industry.  He served with distinction on behalf of a range of national retail outlets in a variety of roles: store detective, loss prevention officer and fraud investigator.

Ever keen to embrace new challenges, Shaun began working in the Health & Social care sector 5 years ago. He has been heavily involved in developing bespoke client management strategies ever since. Drawing upon his considerable operational experience he has delivered a range training programmes designed to meet the needs of support workers in a variety of settings. Shauns success in developing client specifc programmes has made him an incedibly popular member of the team.
