Ralph originally training to be an accountant at the University of Stellenbosch, before developing a keen interest in human resource management, and worked in Cape Town as a personnel trainer.

He then moved to the UK to further his business career and met SecuriCare in 2003.

Following a three year secondment, he returned to South Africa to deliver SecuriCare based training products into the South African market place.  Ralph continues with his education and is currently studying towards a degree in Industrial Psychology.
