Adrian enjoyed a long management career in retail security.  He had responsibility for developing and implementing a wide range of safety and security measures, including safe systems of work for all grades of staff.  Since he joined SecuriCare in 1996, he has helped develop bespoke training programmes for staff working in all employment sectors.  He is also responsible for working closely with client organisations wishing to develop an overall strategy for preventing and managing challenging behaviours.  In January 2008 he became one of the first trainers in the UK to receive the ICM Physical Skills Tutor Award (ICM-PSTA).

He was appointed Director in 2003.
