SecuriCare have recently undergone a Quality Management Review by Pearson Education.
According to the Quality Management Review Report All quality processes are in place and effective in ALL areas of performance; ‘Centre Management Systems’, ‘Supporting Centre Roles & Team Working’, ‘Learner Registration & Certification’, ‘Annual Programme Evaluation’, ‘Review, Centre Record Systems’, ‘Enabling Learner Enrolment & Induction’, ‘Learner on Programme Support & Progress’, ‘Managing Assessment’, ‘Standards of Internal & External Assessment’ and ‘Managing Assessment Safeguards’.
The report stated the following:
“A well established and experienced organisation with regards to enabling their BTEC provision. Delivering to employees of companies, as example, Center Parcs, Home Office Border Control and York City Council”.
“Learner induction process continues to be a comprehensive process and aligned to each of the BTEC programmes. Learners receive clear information, and guidance. This includes comprehensive Learning Joining Instructions. It is a formula of supporting and developing each student that commences at the initial registration of learners onto their respective BTEC qualification.”
“There is an underpinning ethos that learners learn, achieve an award and can apply that which has been learned in the actual working environment. Learners are treated as individuals and supported in their endeavours to achieve the respective qualification.”
